ACSP Identity checks
As part of the UK’s new corporate transparency rules, Companies House now requires identity verification for company directors, People with Significant Control (PSCs), and anyone who files information on a company’s behalf. These checks are designed to reduce fraud and strengthen trust in the UK business register.
Our firm can support you through the verification process. Identity checks are completed either directly with Companies House or through an authorised agent using secure photo-ID and live-likeness technology. Once verified, each individual receives a digital identity token that must be linked to every company or LLP they are associated with.
